Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via your account dashboard or email within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and shipping box to ensure the sensitive electronic components are protected during transit.
Affix Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and use a tracked shipping service to send the item back to our technical facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware and serial numbers, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
